We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to change easily before and after your massage and feel relaxed throughout the day. Full body massage is typically done using oils applied directly to the skin. You will be fully covered with sheets during the massage, except for the part of your body being massaged. You can undress to the level of your comfort. We use machine washable massage oils, so if you choose to keep any clothing or underwear on, no need to worry about oil getting on anything.

If you want to, yes! We have a special pregnancy body cushion system designed to allow you to safely lay face down while your back is massaged. If you prefer to lay on your side, that’s ok too. Our therapists are trained experts and know how to apply cushions and bolsters to keep you safe and comfortable in any position you choose.
