Meet our Therapist & Founder
-
Natalia Rivera is a doctor of occupational therapy, licensed massage therapist, birth doula, infant massage instructor, and yoga teacher. She has been treating clients since 2007.
Natalia was born with severe kidney issues and spent a lot of time managing abdominal and back pain and searching for quality care. She became a massage therapist and worked in medically-based practices to bring pain relief and compassionate care to others. Natalia spent years traveling internationally to study with naturopathic practitioners in far off corners of the world and came back to the United States to get a doctorate in occupational therapy. She did this so that you can benefit from sessions that truly combine a multitude of healing modalities.
Natalia has taught workshops and presented at professional conferences across the United States and internationally in South Africa, Turkey, Nicaragua, Colombia, and India.
Natalia specializes in sports recovery, women’s health, stress reduction, and deep tissue massage therapy.
